Terms and Conditions
These general conditions apply to all transport services provided by KimKam Go, a sole proprietorship registered in France operating as a private chauffeur (VTC).
1. Purpose
KimKam Go offers passenger transport services by reservation: transfers, hourly bookings, business and private trips.
2. Bookings
Bookings can be made via the contact form, by email, or by phone. Each service request must be confirmed by a quote or written approval.
3. Rates
Rates are expressed in euros, all taxes included (TTC). They may vary depending on distance, waiting time, date, or traffic. A custom quote can be provided upon request.
4. Payment Terms
Payment can be made:
- By credit card (onboard terminal)
- In cash
- By bank transfer (for companies)
Payment is due at the end of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellation
Any cancellation must be reported at least 12 hours before the service. In case of late cancellation or no-show, a fee may be charged (up to 100% of the agreed amount).
6. Liability
KimKam Go cannot be held liable for delays due to circumstances beyond its control, such as traffic, weather, accidents, or force majeure.
7. Personal data
Data collected during bookings is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of Rouen (76).
